1. Who we are and what this notice covers

This website, tellop.ai (the "Site"), is operated by Pathnomic Labs FZ-LLC ("Pathnomic", "we"), a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah free zone, United Arab Emirates.

This notice covers the Site only. It does not cover the Tellop desktop application, accounts, payments, AI services, or optional error and usage measurement. A separate notice will be shown before the application is offered to an outside tester.

2. What we process

The Site has no input form or waiting list. Its email link opens your own email application; the Site itself does not collect the message you write there.

With your consent — and only after you give it — the Site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. The choice bar at the bottom of each page asks first: until you choose, and for as long as you decline, no measurement runs and no measurement cookie is placed.

We have not enabled advertising features, cross-site signals, or audience profiling, and the Site shows no advertising.

3. Why we process it

We do not build marketing profiles from visits to this Site, and we do not sell personal information.

4. How we obtain it

Connection and security information arises electronically and automatically through Cloudflare's infrastructure when you visit the Site. We receive email information only if you choose to send us an email.

5. Who receives it and why

We may share personal information, only as needed, with:

• Cloudflare, Inc. and relevant subprocessors, to deliver and secure the Site and

route email;

• the provider operating the final mailbox, to deliver and store an email you

choose to send us;

• Google LLC and its subprocessors, to provide the measurement service described

in section 2 — only after your consent;

• public authorities and legal advisers, where necessary to meet a legal duty or

establish, exercise, or protect a right.

Pathnomic is established in the United Arab Emirates. Cloudflare uses global infrastructure, and the final email provider may also be outside Turkey. The information described above may therefore be processed outside Turkey.

Pathnomic uses contractual data-protection and confidentiality terms with its service providers. We review the overseas-processing arrangement as KVKK Article 9 guidance and Board decisions develop. Connection and security information flows overseas only as needed to deliver and secure the Site. Site measurement information is transferred to Google LLC — whose infrastructure is in the United States and elsewhere — only on the basis of your explicit consent and under Google's contractual data-protection commitments; if you decline or later withdraw, that flow stops, and the Site works the same either way.

6. How long we keep it

The Site code creates no visitor account or visitor data store. Cloudflare may retain service and security logs under the account settings and service terms. If Workers Logs are enabled, their current product limit is no more than seven days; the live account setting must be checked before publication.

Emails you choose to send are kept for no more than 12 months after the request is resolved. Relevant information may be kept longer only where a legal duty or dispute requires it.

Google Analytics measurement records are kept for no more than 14 months on Google's side; the cookie lifetimes in section 2 apply in your browser. You can delete the cookies at any time — deleting the choice cookie simply makes the Site ask again.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether we process your personal data; request information about that processing; learn its purpose, recipients, and whether it is used for that purpose; ask us to correct, delete, or destroy it where the legal conditions are met; ask that those actions be notified to recipients; object to an outcome produced only by automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

Consent for measurement is voluntary. You may withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, using the cookie preferences on this page.

Send an application from your recorded contact address to support@pathnomic.com, or send a signed letter to the company address above. We may take proportionate steps to verify your identity; please do not send more identity information than necessary. Applications are normally free and are answered within 30 days. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with the KVKK.

8. Changes

If the Site's data practices change, we will update this notice before the change takes effect and show the current date on this page.
